About the role
- Develop and execute a data-driven, cross-channel demand generation strategy to significantly increase qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Take direct ownership of scaling marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and pipeline generation across all marketing channels to meet aggressive business targets.
- Drive continuous improvement by rigorously testing new channels, optimizing existing campaigns, and enhancing the quality of leads and conversion rates.
- Directly oversee and manage key demand generation channels, including paid digital, campaign marketing, and event marketing.
- Partner closely with our Director of Digital Experience to inform and optimize our SEO and content strategy
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of performance, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Implement a robust reporting framework to measure campaign performance, analyze funnel metrics, and report on key KPIs to leadership.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI across all channels.
