About the role

  • Build, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, digital, events, webinars, account-based marketing) to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Develop lead nurturing programs and scoring models to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and ROI.
  • Partner with product and sales teams to translate complex solutions into clear, differentiated value propositions.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and product launch strategies.
  • Create compelling collateral (case studies, presentations, demo scripts, one-pagers) to support the sales process.
  • Own the marketing plan in alignment with sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and customer segmentation to refine targeting and campaign strategy.
  • Manage and optimize the corporate website to drive conversion and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in the aviation industry is a must.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years in demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing successful campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the buyer’s journey, segmentation, and lead lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with aviation, transportation, or enterprise SaaS industries strongly preferred.
