About the role
- Serve as trusted advisor and represent Intapp in the market for a defined geographic territory
- Engage and build relationships within all named accounts
- Educate customers about Intapp products and solutions and raise awareness
- Identify and develop a pipeline of opportunities using the Intapp Sales Methodology
- Maintain or accelerate the target sales motion using Intapp sales processes and tools
- Meet and exceed goals for add-on sales, upgrades, and renewal retention
- Support client success projects and lead efforts to improve relationships with at-risk clients to mitigate churn
- Lead Account Management to ensure annual renewals of client agreements and support collections
- Identify new upsell opportunities by developing leads and multi-threaded customer relationships
- Participate in marketing efforts such as press releases, case studies, and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant experience
- 5+ years of professional services and software sales experience in the Legal or related industry
- Emphasis on account planning and development
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and retention/renewal goals
- Existing network of contacts in the defined territory
- Results oriented, resourceful problem-solver
- Client focus with strong client service mentality
- Familiarity and proven adherence to industry standard enterprise software sales methodologies
- Experience maintaining outstanding and pristine CRM data for strategic accounts
- Superb verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to influence at executive level
