About the role
- Lead strategy and roadmap for educator-centered experiences across Canvas LMS.
- Streamline and enhance end-to-end educator workflows to improve teaching effectiveness.
- Drive measurable product outcomes (adoption, usability, quality) and institutional success (efficiency, satisfaction, teaching and learning impact).
- Identify, validate, and execute on commercial/premium opportunities within the content experience.
- Champion product discovery and delivery practices: experimentation, customer insight, and execution discipline.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment and successful launches.
- Mentor and grow product managers, fostering excellence and innovation within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and successfully launching complex products that deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.
- Deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to delivery and post-launch optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and customer insights to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across engineering, design, and business teams.
- Experience in the EdTech or SaaS industry is a plus.
