About the role
- Lead the definition, delivery, and scaling of new clinical services that complement our digital heart health offering.
- Design and test service prototypes in collaboration with clinical, product, and GTM teams, with a focus on speed-to-learning.
- Serve as the product lead for partnerships with internal clinical teams, guiding technology and workflow enablement.
- Evaluate and implement tools that support clinical workflows, documentation, QA, and clinician productivity.
- Oversee the selection and onboarding of vendors required to support care delivery, from telehealth tools to data exchange partners.
- Support expansion of our data integration capabilities with EMRs, HIEs, and other healthcare ecosystem endpoints via standards like FHIR, HL7, Direct Messaging, and APIs.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering and data teams to ensure scalable, compliant infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with go-to-market and strategy teams to align clinical service offerings to client needs, incentives, and reimbursement models (e.g. MA performance guarantees, RPM billing).
- Bring a clear perspective on how our offerings deliver differentiated value to employers, payers, and public sector buyers—and help us tell that story better.
- Stay current on relevant trends in virtual care, digital health regulation, and value-based care that influence product decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience in digital health or care delivery innovation.
- Direct experience designing and implementing clinical workflows and service delivery models, especially in virtual care settings.
- Deep familiarity with healthcare ecosystem incentives—especially how health plans and employers evaluate value around heart health outcomes.
- Experience launching products or services that required regulatory, clinical, and technical alignment.
- Strong understanding of U.S. payer workflows and contracting, particularly related to Medicare Advantage, commercial payers, and employer clients.
- Demonstrated success in 0-to-1 product development, including rapid prototyping, go-to-market readiness, and post-launch scaling.
- Experience selecting and integrating vendors supporting virtual care, population health, or clinical documentation.
- Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership ability—you know how to synthesize complex information and get things done.
