About the role
- Expand partnerships with leading retail and e-commerce brands in the Netherlands
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to contract signing and onboarding
- Build compelling business cases quantifying financial and operational benefits
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across target organizations to guide complex buying processes
- Run discovery sessions to translate customer challenges into tailored solutions
- Cultivate strong relationships to build advocates and accelerate adoption
- Collaborate with operations, product, and customer success to deliver client solutions
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer demands to spot opportunities
- Provide forecasts and clear pipeline insights to leadership
- Report to Manager, Sales Benelux and shape Instabee’s growth strategy in the market
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, technology, or e-commerce
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage long sales cycles
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools; comfortable with digital communication platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
