About the role
- Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online files for three U.S.-based companies
- Manage all billing processes
- Maintain detailed transaction and agent spreadsheets
- Audit real estate contracts to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Coordinate vendor schedules and answer/route calls on the company phone line
- Handle general administrative tasks to support real estate operations
- Support a growing remote real estate team leveraging tools like Lofty CRM
Requirements
- C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED; must speak strictly in English during whole shift
- Submit resume and audio recording in English
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience with QuickBooks Online
- Solid understanding of U.S. tax laws
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Experience maintaining and reconciling QuickBooks Online files
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and compliance
- Experience with data management and maintaining transaction/agent spreadsheets
- Ability to coordinate vendor schedules and handle company phone line
