About the role
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and text messages using Grasshopper and company email.
- Serve as the main point of contact for contractors; address questions, payment issues, and missing orders.
- Prepare and submit invoices and purchase orders; assist with basic bookkeeping.
- Process inventory requests and provide tracking numbers.
- Compile and prepare weekly sales and inventory reports.
- Complete various administrative tasks to support team goals and company operations.
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth communication and manage key business processes.
- Work schedule: 9:00am to 5:00pm PST; target start date ASAP.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Prior experience with Grasshopper (required).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to prepare invoices, purchase orders, and assist with basic bookkeeping.
- Availability to work 9:00am to 5:00pm PST.
