About the role
- Set up and traffic digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing, making adjustments as needed
- Conduct QA on creative assets, tags, and campaign setups to ensure accuracy
- Pull and analyze reports to track delivery and performance against KPIs
- Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to provide campaign updates and insights
- Manage inventory forecasts, costs, and margins, leveraging SQL queries to ensure accuracy
- Troubleshoot technical issues that impact campaign delivery and performance
- Support the team in testing new tools, workflows, and automation opportunities
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Ad Operations, digital media, or a related role
- Comfortable working with data and proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- Exposure to SQL or interest in learning
- Experience with a social media advertising platform is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- A proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
