About the role

Become a subject matter expert in people data (publications, clinical trials, affiliations, society memberships, conference engagements)
Operate as a data steward to validate and inform data quality and completeness processes
Maintain consistency and integrity of data research
Understand external data across regions and assess the healthcare data landscape
Drive change through recommending process and performance improvement initiatives
Collaborate with team members in the United States and India
Identify, explain, and evaluate operational and data source problems and propose solutions
Assess quality and completeness of regional data sources and inform technologically/strategically-driven data collection efforts

Bachelor’s Degree required
1-2 years of relevant experience in project management and cross team collaboration (minimum 1 year)
Relevant experience in research, healthcare, data, or related fields required (excluding internship experience)
Strong secondary research skills, especially scientific literature and internet searches
Fluent Korean reading skills and intermediate Korean writing skills
Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
Interest in healthcare, data, problem-solving, and collaboration
Knowledge of research methods, data analysis, quality metrics and SQL is a plus
Experience with Jira or other project management software - Desired
Strong written and spoken communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in virtual teams across geographies
