About the role
- Become a subject matter expert in people data (publications, clinical trials, affiliations, society memberships, conference engagements)
- Operate as a data steward to validate and inform data quality and completeness processes
- Maintain consistency and integrity of data research
- Understand external data across regions and assess the healthcare data landscape
- Drive change through recommending process and performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with team members in the United States and India
- Identify, explain, and evaluate operational and data source problems and propose solutions
- Assess quality and completeness of regional data sources and inform technologically/strategically-driven data collection efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management and cross team collaboration (minimum 1 year)
- Relevant experience in research, healthcare, data, or related fields required (excluding internship experience)
- Strong secondary research skills, especially scientific literature and internet searches
- Fluent Korean reading skills and intermediate Korean writing skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
- Interest in healthcare, data, problem-solving, and collaboration
- Knowledge of research methods, data analysis, quality metrics and SQL is a plus
- Experience with Jira or other project management software - Desired
- Strong written and spoken communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in virtual teams across geographies
