About the role
- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce to meet business requirements and are scalable across multiple sales team
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across all reporting tools
- Maintain and optimize existing dashboards for performance and relevance
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Provide ad hoc reporting and data support for strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers to ensure data integrity and system alignment
- Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Support data governance and compliance efforts
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to understand reporting needs
- Train end-users on dashboard functionality and best practices
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, compelling manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
- Proficiency in Salesforce Report Builder, Lightning dashboards, and data modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools is a plus
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst) preferred
