About the role

  • Design and develop custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce to meet business requirements and are scalable across multiple sales team
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across all reporting tools
  • Maintain and optimize existing dashboards for performance and relevance
  • Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and data support for strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers to ensure data integrity and system alignment
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Support data governance and compliance efforts
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to understand reporting needs
  • Train end-users on dashboard functionality and best practices
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, compelling manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Report Builder, Lightning dashboards, and data modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools is a plus
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst) preferred
