About the role

  • Support core HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, data analysis, and HR operations
  • Partner with HR leadership and business managers on employee engagement, performance management, and compliance initiatives
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a welcoming experience for new employees
  • Assist with employee relations by preparing documentation, tracking issues, and supporting resolution processes
  • Manage and analyze HR data using Excel and HR systems; create reports to support decision-making and process improvements
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes are compliant, consistent, and efficient
  • Contribute to development and refinement of HR programs, processes, and policies
  • Serve as a resource for employees and managers on day-to-day HR topics
  • Stay informed on HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of Human Resources experience (minimum 24 months)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization, etc.)
  • Experience or exposure to employee relations and handling sensitive information with professionalism
  • Previous involvement in onboarding or new hire orientation processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels
  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools (HRIS) is a plus
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Must be prepared to pass a drug test and a post-offer background check
