💰 $80,000 - $224,900 per year
About the role
- Manage day-to-day activities and strategic support of all aspects of personnel management for a department or major business unit
- Lead department in establishing goals and objectives aligned with business direction
- Advise managers on HR matters and monitor career management and employee relations
- Work with senior staff to set priorities and direction of HR initiatives
- Ensure effective communication among location personnel, management and corporate office to facilitate HR program execution
- Position based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH; primarily based in a PNC location with responsibilities requiring time in office or field regularly
- Some responsibilities may be performed remotely at manager’s discretion
Requirements
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities appropriate for a Senior HR Business Partner
- Advising managers on HR, career management programs, and employee relations counseling
- Strategic HR leadership and stakeholder management

- Industry relevant experience typically 8+ years
- Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree; higher education such as Masters, PhD, or certifications desirable
