About the role
- Lead and manage marketing team for Cityscape Global and Global Heath Exhibition
- Recommend team structures and line manage senior marketers and specialists
- Ensure delivery of marketing campaigns in line with KPIs and event strategy
- Champion marketing technology adoption and optimise digital marketing
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and recommend changes
- Work with sales and event teams to share insights and drive revenues
- Plan product marketing campaigns and monitor operational implementation
- Develop budgets, manage external suppliers and negotiate media buying
- Guide content, PR, social media and website strategy to maximise conversion
- Establish and manage strategic partner relationships
- Oversee design and production of all marketing collateral
- Report to Marketing Director and manage a diverse team based in Riyadh
Requirements
- Experienced events marketer and people leader from exhibitions background
- Skilled marketing strategist with commercial collaboration track record
- Analytical and data-orientated with history of testing and optimisation
- Extensive experience of digital marketing and marketing technology
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Extremely adaptable to differing market dynamics
- Self-starter and proactive, able to work autonomously
- Highly collaborative
- Strong quantitative, analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
