About the role
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize product strategy across Personal, Farm, and Commercial lines of business
- Collaborate closely with underwriting, actuarial, claims, IT, legal and compliance, sales, and marketing
- Ensure product portfolio aligns with market needs, meets profitability targets, and supports company growth
- Blend market insight with agile execution to drive innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and contribute to enterprise planning and transformation
- Lead the design and execution of product strategies across all lines of business
- Manage product compliance with legal and regulatory standards across operating states
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years experience in product management, with multi-line exposure
- Experience with Agile Delivery Frameworks
- Ability to manage product compliance with legal and regulatory standards, across all operating states
- Work experience with a mutual or regional carrier, preferred
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, contributing to enterprise planning and transformation
