Support the growth and development of digital experience and strategies across markets
Translate insights and technological capabilities into actionable business strategies
Coordinate enterprise initiatives and long-term road mapping in medical cost management
Research and evaluate new digital market concepts/solutions and determine fit for portfolio
Develop strategic road maps and competitive benchmark assessments
Identify or evaluate potential solutions to support market offerings
Work with business partners and foster multidisciplinary collaboration to create business cases and deploy solutions
Partner with broader enterprise digital solutions organization to align priorities and strategies
Gather and assess market requirements via competitive intelligence, emerging trends, stakeholder and consumer feedback
Act as liaison between business leadership, analytics, and platform development teams to ensure cohesive execution and identify innovation and growth opportunities
Requirements
Requires a BA/BS degree in related field
Minimum of 10 years of related experience in solution strategy, digital product management and development of digital software products
Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Experience in solution strategy
Experience in digital product management
Experience in development of digital software products
Strategic communication skills (preferred)
Ability to align strategic initiatives with leadership priorities (preferred)
Project management skills (preferred)
Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration (preferred)
Strong understanding of IT and business strategy alignment / technology integration (preferred)
Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location unless an accommodation is granted as required by law
