Help teams across lines of business adopt and improve Agile methods and practices to solve complex business improvement problems
Operate at an enterprise level to solve systematic problems and propose long-term strategy roadmaps across the entire line of business before pilot projects
Serve as a servant leader and mentor, supporting and evangelizing best practices for Agile and ways of working without being part of the scrum team
Facilitate and conduct trainings and workshops at lines of business and enterprise level
Help teams measure success through metrics and improve current practices by providing recommendations and best practices
Coach platform and group leadership and teams to adopt agile mindsets, manage dependencies, and align work to OKRs
Facilitate agile ceremonies, support use of tools like Jira and TPro, and collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable insights
Communicate regularly with senior leadership on Platform, Group, and Pods progress using data-driven metrics
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
Advanced degree preferred
10-12 years of experience providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods, including Scaled Agile Frameworks, Kanban, Scrum, and Lean
Expertise in cross-functional team leadership, coaching and mentoring approaches, effective facilitation and teaching methods, and conflict resolution
Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties
Strong problem-solving skills and experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
Experience with Apptio and Jira is a plus
Proven ability to coach platform and group leadership and teams to adopt agile mindsets and leverage data-driven metrics to continuously improve delivery
Skilled in facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting effective use of tools like Jira and TPro
Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide insights on progress, mindset, culture, and effectiveness
