About the role

  • Proactively email and call high-value customers who sign up on the platform
  • Help onboard new users by answering product and process questions
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the support team to ensure a smooth experience
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records in HubSpot
  • Manage your time effectively to reach out to new clients efficiently each day
  • Deliver clear, helpful written communication with strong attention to detail
  • Speak confidently and professionally with clients over the phone
  • Report to the GM of bitcoin.com.au in a full-time in-office capacity

Requirements

  • Background in sales, ideally in tele sales or a phone-based environment
  • Experience in finance or onboarding (preferred, but not essential)
  • Proven success in a customer-facing role using email and/or phone communication
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in cryptocurrency and helping others understand it
  • Positive energy, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset
  • A belief in selling through education and support, not pressure
  • Ability to work full-time in office in Sydney
  • Familiarity with CRM systems; maintain records in HubSpot
