About the role
- Qualify and route inbound leads through self-service and inside sales channels
- Engage prospects primarily via phone calls, emails and live chat on the website
- Use internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce to manage and communicate about leads
- Book and drive product demonstrations; quota measured by demonstrations booked and completed
- Meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs for demo bookings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, marketing, sales and customer success
- Learn industry-specific terminology related to the built world and SaaS metrics
- Upskill phone and email selling skills through onboarding and examples provided
Requirements
- Confident and clear communication skills, with excellent writing and presentation skills over email, phone, video conferencing and in-person
- Excellent task organisation and prioritisation skills; able to multi-task efficiently
- Comfortable with high-volume tasks and frequent rejection; KPI-driven mindset
- Experience engaging prospects via phone calls, emails and live chat
- Familiarity with internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce
- Ability to qualify and route inbound leads across self-service and inside sales channels
- Experience conducting customer meetings digitally (Zoom/Teams) and/or physically (in-person) (nice to have)
- Experience with modern tooling - CRMs, Health Scoring, Live chat, Knowledge bases (nice to have)
- Patience working in an industry where not all users are tech-savvy (nice to have)
- Do you have experience in SaaS? (application asks this and is required)
- Are you based in Sydney, or willing to commute to Sydney a few days per week? (role requires Sydney-based or commuting)
