Account Manager

• Run structured account review meetings with SMB customers to uncover workflow gaps and position relevant product use cases.
• Prospect within a ~200-account book by booking discovery conversations and identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage renewal cycles end-to-end, including pricing, negotiation, and contracting.

Account Executive

• Running multiple sales cycles at once - handling discovery calls, live product demos, follow-up conversations, and commercial discussions.
• Working your pipeline daily in Salesforce: updating stages, logging next steps, multithreading accounts, and keeping deals moving through structured follow-up and proactive outreach.
• Collaborating with SDRs, CSMs and AMs to ensure smooth handovers, align on account context, and identify early opportunities for cross-sell or license expansion within the first 12 months.
• Managing your own quota and pacing - planning your weeks around pipeline coverage, forecasting accurately, and consistently driving toward monthly and quarterly targets.

Commercial Account Executive

• Proactively identify, qualify, and progress upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a portfolio of 50–75 accounts.

• Maintain financial hygiene and support core operational processes that keep the business running smoothly.
• Coordinate office operations and support internal events, including team gatherings and Sitemate’s annual Offsite.
• Compile cross-functional performance data for monthly and quarterly cycles and prepare critical reporting deliverables for executives and stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate visibility of key metrics across the company.
• Help coordinate core company cadences, including kickoffs, mid-quarters, and leadership meetings, ensuring consistent execution, clear documentation, and timely follow-ups.
• Provide strategic coordination for high-priority projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and seamless execution.
• Support projects that will enable us to expand operationally into new international markets.
• Drive operational excellence by designing scalable systems, optimising processes, and embedding automation to remove friction and help teams move faster.
• Jump into ad-hoc special projects for leadership, including direct support for executive-level priorities.

Business Operations Associate

• Work closely with SMB Account Managers to coach, review pipeline, and support development.
• Run weekly team meetings & call review sessions to to review performance, align on goals, and reinforce playbooks and frameworks.
• Run demos, and close deals to contribute to individual sales targets.
• Provide real-time deal support to reps, including joining customer calls and helping with negotiation.
• Partner with directors and the GM to align on strategy, report on progress, and contribute to broader Oceania sales performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new SMB team members when needed.
