About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads across three channels: self-service and inside sales.
  • This role involves frequent engagement with prospects through phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce.
  • As the Founding Sales Development Representative in Austin, you'll work directly alongside our CRO to help build and scale our North American sales function.
  • Success in the role is measured by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, with a strong track record of team performance consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
