About the role
- Assist in developing and executing investor relations strategy, including identifying, researching, and qualifying potential institutional Web3/crypto investors
- Support cultivation and maintenance of relationships with current and prospective investors; assist with communications, scheduling, and follow-up
- Help develop and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, investor-facing presentations, investment memorandums, pitch decks, and data room documentation
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis; synthesize insights to support ICN positioning
- Support investor communications and reporting; assist articulation of ICN's story, strategy, and financial updates to the investment community
- Play a supporting role in capital formation efforts and investor outreach
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a finance role (e.g., financial analysis, corporate finance, junior investment banking, or a related field)
- Strong foundational financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical and research skills
- Strong interest in and growing understanding of the cryptocurrency and Web3 ecosystem
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear and concise style
- Experience with developing financial materials (pitch decks, investment memorandums, data room documentation)
- Highly organised self-starter, comfortable working remotely
- Currently in an analytical or support role within finance seeking transition to investor relations
