About the role
- Engage customer leaders to understand, design, and deploy strategic business workflows across the full investment management lifecycle
- Configure, test, and drive adoption of Ridgeline software, including portfolio accounting validation, data ingestion, reconciliation optimization, and report customization
- Develop and apply deep expertise in Ridgeline’s product suite and investment operations to maximize customer value
- Collaborate with technical integration consultants to support data and system integrations
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to report bugs, recommend enhancements, and provide detailed product feedback from the field
- Work closely with Customer Success to evolve tools, templates, and delivery methodologies that support scalability and efficiency
- Contribute to a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement through mentorship and documentation
- Evangelize Ridgeline’s platform capabilities to external stakeholders and prospective customers
- Mentor and coach peer consultants across the Customer Experience team
- Travel domestically up to 20% to support customer engagements and go-lives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing investment management software, with a focus on back-office workflows
- Strong understanding of institutional investment processes and financial instruments including equities, derivatives, FX, fixed income, and structured products
- Proven experience in data migration, reconciliation, reporting, and portfolio accounting within investment firms
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly around complex business or technical topics
- Deep curiosity and ability to learn complex systems and software tools quickly
- Experience handling escalations with poise, confidence, and professionalism
- Fluency in Excel and familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
