About the role
- Interface directly with key business stakeholders to understand and document day to day operations, critical business processes and pain points
- Lead discovery and feedback sessions with stakeholders with a focus on continuously improving day to day operations
- Transform business requirements into technical design conversations with technical teams, test changes and approve for release into production
- Create detailed testing plans and project plans to support large, complex projects
- Lead change management process following each release
- Track bugs and work with engineering team to resolve and ensure regression testing is adhered to
- Act as Tier 1 support (i.e., troubleshooting issues, replicating bugs, and resolving simple requests) and escalate to a senior Salesforce admin, if necessary
- Produce measurement reporting following releases to measure adoption
Requirements
- 3+ years of years of Project/Process Management
- 4+ years of Operations experience
- Extensive experience documenting business processes and requirements and/or designing workflows
- Experience with Salesforce/Community a plus
- Able to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
