About the role
- Delivering engaging and effective informal & formal learning solutions; preparing training for both in-person and remote solutions
- Participate in training projects and activities while using learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact
- Assist in the design and development of informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods such as training curriculum creation, one-on-one training and group training sessions
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of business processes and system navigation to support trainee learning
- Assist with onboarding of new teammates
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Support learning programs & evaluates learning impact: Prioritizes and implements training projects and activities with assistance from Supervisor
- Uses learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of current coursework and to determine if amendments are required
- Coordinates with leadership, program sponsors and other resources
- Delivers training using various learning methodologies with minimal supervision
- Design, write, edit, and develop audience-appropriate, clear and concise training materials and tools
- Perform quality assurance checks on training courses that have been developed
- Modify existing instructional materials
- Promote collaboration, partnerships and relationships among the participants in a project
- Ability to perform well and remain organized under pressure and tight deadlines
- Flexibility to adjust to rapidly changing requirements and schedules
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with a self-starter approach
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Excellent presentation skills (oral and written).
