Take ownership of all creative content for Iglu Ski including website imagery and assets, social advertising and posts, photography, videography, display and print advertising
Support the marketing team in developing creative assets for campaigns and communications
Create social media assets (including YouTube, Meta), both static and video
Create visual content for the website to improve engagement and conversion
Source photography from partners and stock to improve asset library
Automatically identify creative needs and opportunities without requiring briefing
Approach all communications with a can-do attitude and ensure outputs positively shape the brand
Requirements
5+ years design and creative experience, agency or in-house where high-standard creativity is central
Deep experience creating social media and advertising assets
Knowledge of design nuances that improve effectiveness and user response
Ability to approach marketing challenges with new, impactful concepts
Experience making content with little external budget
Proven track record and portfolio demonstrating deep design proficiency
Ability to work at pace and produce content quickly
Natural ability to understand audience and willingness to try new things
Experience briefing and using AI tools to make impactful video and imagery assets
Passionate traveller, ideally with skiing or snowboarding experience
