About the role
- You will collaborate closely with UX researchers and marketers to craft seamless digital experiences;
- Designing eCommerce stores;
- Supporting eCommerce merchants with graphical materials such as social posts, banners, and ad sets;
- Building and maintaining component libraries and design systems;
- Defining new visual languages and brand identities;
- Presenting your work to the team and clients;
- Work with world-leading brands (Sportland, Laithwaites, Umniah, Gosh, Läderach, Hyundai, etc.);

Requirements
- At least more than 1 year of full-time experience in an agency, freelance, or in-house creative team;
- Great spoken and written English skills;
- Proficiency in using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
- Ability to create and refine prompts for AI-driven design generation in FigmaMake, Lovable, and comparable platforms;
- Hands-on experience with AI visual design tools like Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, etc.;
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript;
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and explain design choices;
- Accepts and responds well to constructive feedback; passionate about executing work to perfection;
- Ability to work directly with a client;
- Deadline-driven;
- Experience in developing and maintaining design systems;
- Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance design workflows;
- Bonus: Work experience in eCommerce;
- Bonus: Good understanding of branding and ability to define new visual identities during rebranding.
