Financial Planning and Analysis

• Reporting directly into the Head of FP&A and acting as a key role for weekly and monthly forecasting and reporting
• Maintain the detailed weekly cash flow forecast, including escrow model for tailor made funds
• Forecast month end EBITDA, including scenario analysis
• Produce the monthly flash P&L and analyse variances to budget and forecast
• Develop and report service line P&Ls
• Maintain monthly Corporate KPIs and review performance against these
• Assist in the annual budgeting process
• Identify opportunities to streamline and develop the reporting suite as the business grows
• Build relationships with colleagues within and outside of Finance to inform analysis and decision-making
