About the role
- Oversee and optimize all aspects of local operations, including care coordination and financial performance
- Drive operational excellence through planning, audits, system oversight, and process improvements
- Inspire and lead office staff and caregivers, promoting accountability and growth
- Conduct in-home consultations and safety assessments
- Ensure caregivers are trained, motivated, and delivering exceptional service
- Ensure ongoing compliance with state, federal, and local regulations and maintain required licenses and documentation
- Manage billing, payroll, and collections and monitor budgets and margins
- Develop referral relationships, represent the brand, and drive local outreach and marketing
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years in leadership/management, in healthcare, senior care, or service operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Direct experience providing care to seniors (required)
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
- Organized, adaptable, and results-oriented
- Leadership style demonstrating empathy, integrity, and a drive for excellence
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/sit for extended periods, and drive as needed
- On-call duties required, including occasional nights and weekends
