About the role
- Influence the direction and strategy of AI-driven transformation for enterprise clients
- Design and implement AI operating models in collaboration with world-leading companies and technology platforms
- Unlock and apply the Sofigate AI Agent library and the Business Technology Standard
- Coach and mentor executive leadership on AI opportunities and their impact across industries
- Shape AI-centered business models, services and end-to-end workflows
- Develop strategies and translate them into actionable execution roadmaps
- Build business rationale and prepare clients for investment decisions
- Lead strategic sales and client development activities and engage with CxO stakeholders
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to define best practices in enterprise AI
Requirements
- 8+ years in business development and business renewal programs (in-house or consulting)
- Understanding of business design, customer journey design, service transformation, and technology platforms
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
- Proven ability to engage with and mentor C-level executives
- Ability to coach executive leadership on AI opportunities and impacts
- Experience shaping AI-centered business models, services and end-to-end workflows
- Ability to develop strategies and turn them into actionable execution roadmaps
- Experience building strong business rationale and preparing for investment decisions
- Strategic sales and client development experience
- Solid consulting toolbox and excellent presentation and communication skills in Finnish and English
