About the role

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for customer accounts ranging from $100K–$200K ARR, initiating multi-stakeholder negotiations up to six months in advance.\n
  • Lead complex contract negotiations, driving multi-year deal structures and strategic consolidation to achieve premium GRR rates (93%+).\n
  • Analyze customer health, usage patterns, and market dynamics to develop recovery plans for at-risk accounts.\n
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to optimize pricing, contract terms, and forecasting accuracy.\n
  • Mentor junior team members, lead training sessions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of renewal strategies.\n
  • Maintain highly accurate long-term forecasts and support account teams with creative solutions for challenging contracts.\n

Requirements

  • Experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success within a software/SaaS environment.\n

  • Advanced negotiation skills and experience handling escalations for at-risk accounts.\n
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.\n
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce and advanced analytics tools.\n
  • Deep understanding of subscription business models, revenue metrics, and renewal strategies.\n
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior-level engagements.\n
  • Experience managing global accounts and renewal portfolios of $8M+ ARR.
