Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients in the IT and technology sectors across all IDC product lines.
Deliver the best possible customer experience to our clients
Develop and manage a pipeline of existing accounts to maintain and expand the current revenue base.
Understand client needs and challenges and match them with appropriate research solutions from IDC.
Prepare proposals, conduct client presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and accurate forecasting in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Requirements
7+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
Bachelor degree or equivalent industry experience
Strong understanding of the IT industry, including enterprise technologies, software, hardware, cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation and of course AI
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Experience using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
