About the role
- Upload invoices into QuickBooks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Send invoices to clients and ensure confirmation of receipt.
- Enter bills into QuickBooks and maintain up-to-date records.
- Organize and track proof of deliveries (PODs) for shipments.
- Assist with administrative follow-ups related to billing and logistics.
- Collaborate closely with dispatchers, drivers, and accounting staff to ensure accurate financial tracking.
Requirements
- Highly Organized: Ability to stay on top of large volumes of documents and maintain system accuracy.
- Detail-Oriented: Double-check entries; ensure invoice accuracy.
- Consistent & Reliable: Able to be counted on daily for critical tasks.
- General work experience is required.
- Experience with QuickBooks (uploading invoices and entering bills).
- Ability to send invoices to clients and confirm receipt.
