• Attach receipts to corresponding transactions in QuickBooks, verifying documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter bills and transactions from client inboxes into QuickBooks, categorizing data based on prior entries.
• Contact vendors or employees by phone to clarify unclear or questionable charges, such as hotel fees.
• Manage transactions from bank feeds, allocating expenses to the correct categories within QuickBooks.

• Call parents who have submitted inquiries and follow up persistently (5–7+ attempts) until contact is made.
• Engage parents in sales-focused conversations to promote ABA therapy services.
• Handle objections with confidence and maintain enthusiasm throughout each call.
• Collect key information such as diagnostic details, referrals, and insurance documentation.
• Log all outreach, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Maintain a high daily call volume (around 150 calls per day).
• Transfer complete and verified cases to the internal team.
