About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research industrial property owners using provided CREX and CoStar filters, then enter property details into a shared Google Sheet.
  • Make a high volume of outbound phone calls to owners of older industrial buildings to screen for interest in selling.
  • Keep calls professional, friendly, and conversational while staying focused on identifying owner interest.
  • Record detailed notes after each conversation, including outcomes and follow-up dates, and follow up with owners who request callbacks or express future interest.
  • Identify qualified leads and hand interested property owners over to management for negotiations.
  • Keep the Google Sheet organized with filters, color coding, status updates, and duplicate checks before outreach.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as business needs evolve.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong English: Able to carry on natural, casual conversations with U.S.-based commercial property owners.
  • A near-native English accent is essential.
  • Relationship Building: Comfortable building rapport over the phone without sounding like a scripted telemarketer.
  • Phone Confidence: Enjoys making outbound calls throughout the day and speaking with business owners.
  • Spreadsheet Skills: Able to organize data, use filters, color coding, search functions, and maintain detailed tracking systems.
  • Organization: Keeps thorough notes, tracks follow-up dates, updates lead statuses, and ensures duplicate properties are not contacted.
  • Tech Comfort: Comfortable working with remote desktop software, VPN access, Google Sheets, and company phone software.
  • Adaptability: Willing to assist with additional administrative or spreadsheet-related work when call volume allows.
  • Experience: General work experience is required.
