Report into VP People and work alongside leaders across Poland and the UK to shape people strategy
Collaborate closely with the Senior People Partner to establish and grow the People Partnership practice
Build trusted partnerships with leaders across Poland and the UK, aligning People strategies with business priorities
Lead local People initiatives and contribute to global projects (performance reviews, workforce planning, organisational development)
Guide managers on onboarding, performance, and development, embedding consistent best practices
Run engagement initiatives to measure culture, leadership effectiveness, and values adoption
Act as first point of contact for employee relations, resolve issues fairly and escalate complex cases when required
Ensure compliance with Polish employment law and support adherence to UK regulations, keeping policies current and business-ready
Requirements
Partnered with leaders to deliver People initiatives within a People/HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, People Partner or People Operations role (2–4 years)
Strong knowledge of Polish employment law and HR practices
Working knowledge of UK employment regulations or ability to quickly develop this expertise
Recommended and implemented automations, process or ways of working that improved efficiency and accuracy
Built cross-cultural relationships and communicated effectively in both Polish and English
Analysed People data to generate actionable insights influencing leadership decisions
Demonstrated coaching or mentoring skills to support leader capability and employee development
Comfortable with hybrid working (2–3 days in office each week)

Able to use English communication skills day-to-day (written and spoken)
