About the role
- Lead and oversee Excis’s worldwide Human Resources function
- Manage a team of 10 HR professionals, including mentoring and development
- Develop and execute global HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee global recruitment, employer branding, talent management, and retention
- Design and manage competitive, regionally compliant compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and international employment legislation across regions
- Promote employee engagement, inclusive culture, and diversity initiatives
- Manage global mobility and workforce planning to support business growth and continuity
- Utilize HR analytics and reporting to inform decision-making and optimize HR processes
- Initially remote role transitioning to office-based work in Quezon City
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive human resource management experience in multinational environments
- At least 3 years in senior leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and international labor regulations
- Proven experience managing HR compliance and operations across Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and Americas
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural communication skills
- Experience managing a team of HR professionals (10 reported)
- HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent preferred
- Strategic thinking and ability to influence at executive levels
