About the role
- Collaborating closely with the broader franchise community
- Hold performance reviews with owners & operators to ensure accountability & understanding of Hyatt’s Core Metric performance expectations
- Engage owners & operators to provide feedback on how to optimize their hotel’s performance
- Enforce Hyatt’s accountability programs with their portfolio of owners & operators; Focused Improvement Policy (FIP), Brand Protection Program (BPP), Quality Assurance Audits (QA), & Hyatt’s renovation policy
- Strategically Support the Delivery of Brand Initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in same field, industry, or other equivalent business/ function role
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field
- Fluent in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Annual allotment of free hotel stays at Hyatt hotels globally
