About the role
- Lead and coach multiple client teams, overseeing daily operations and overall performance
- Optimize processes and workflows to boost efficiency and client satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering long-term partnerships
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify and implement improvements
- Ensure quality standards are met and internal procedures are followed
- Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver a seamless and consistent service experience
- Motivate and develop staff to achieve shared goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer service, contact center, or multi-client environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Proven track record of working in a results-driven environment and achieving KPIs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and skilled in people management
- Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote setting if required
