About the role

Take full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Proactively generate leads and secure new business opportunities
Build and manage a sustainable pipeline through consistent prospecting and strategic follow-up
Guide prospects through complex decision cycles and close deals that contribute to company growth and market expansion
Achieve and surpass quarterly revenue targets
Maintain complete accuracy and timely updates in Zoho CRM (leads, contacts, opportunities, activities)
Represent the company with professionalism and credibility in all client interactions
Manage time and resources effectively to maximize impact across opportunities
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with integrity and service excellence
Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs

Proven background in hosting, colocation, data center, or cloud infrastructure markets with a track record of new business growth
Experienced in managing the full sales cycle, including complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Skilled at building executive-level relationships and delivering long-term client value
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRM systems, specifically maintaining accurate and timely updates in Zoho CRM
Ability to proactively generate leads, prospect, build and manage a sustainable pipeline
Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass quarterly revenue targets
Competitive, results-driven, customer-focused with high professional standards
Ability to represent the company with professionalism and credibility and manage time/resources effectively
Willingness/ability to perform the role outside of Ontario (position anticipated to be performed outside Ontario)
