Define and implement an in-depth sales strategy covering sales targets and revenue goals per (Key) client in line with company goals and Rightsholder Management
Achieve budgeted sales goals and maintain constant overview of current status and pipeline
Review sales pipeline/forecast tools (CRM, currently HubSpot) and ensure harmonized deployment and full usage
Develop strong relationships with key accounts and maintain executive-level relationships throughout the sales cycle
Proactively reach out (cold acquisition) to new potential (key) clients and present standard or creative brand partnership concepts
Identify up-sell opportunities and implement ongoing up-selling strategies to maximize asset utilization
Ensure commercial and contract compliance and manage complex contract negotiations
Prepare client kickoff meetings and tailored presentations; coordinate/select team members for client meeting participation
Assist the Managing Director on revenue forecasts, financial topics and stay on top of current client status
Travel to client meetings and take lead on presentations as required
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of work experience, preferably within agency, media, sports and/or gaming industry
Must be fluent in speaking and writing in German and English
Proficient in condensing information and bringing it to the point within internal briefings
Ability to work under time pressure and remain calm in challenging situations
Client-centric work ethics and a sales-driven approach, willing to increase revenues on new and existing clients year over year
Recognized by customers as being ‘Customer Centric’ and a highly professional marketing agency
Independence; negotiation, problem-solving and decision making
Self-motivated and thrive in a result-driven environment, capable of prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines
Solid understanding of the new sports, gaming & entertainment scene, including marketing and analytics (major plus)
Able to adjust standard PowerPoint presentations when needed (verbally and visually)
Experience with CRM and sales-pipeline/forecast tools (CRM, currently HubSpot)
Willingness to travel to client meetings and lead presentations
