• Part of a team of marketers and researchers to empower people to shape the future of brands
• Perform marketing analyses and consulting projects based on quantitative and qualitative market research data
• Focus on data analysis and full reporting, co-design insightful reports with actionable recommendations
• Work closely with Senior Research Managers and Project Managers and liaise with national and international clients
• Gradually become responsible for research methodologies (sampling, survey design) and project management
• Gain experience across marketing domains (product innovation, branding, communication testing) through on-the-job and academy training
• Develop commercial client contacts, maintain client portfolio, and assume account management responsibilities over time

Senior Insight Consultant

• Lead and elevate the research function, guiding quantitative and qualitative teams on complex healthcare engagements.
• Identify and implement cutting-edge research methodologies and technologies; drive strategic value and continuous improvement.
• Apply innovative thinking to create new value and future possibilities based on client needs and execution learnings.
• Promote a flexible, adaptive mindset; use setbacks to fuel innovation.
• Serve as a role model and senior leader with strong influence in difficult situations; develop and deliver presentations on research trends for senior clients.

• Conduct, oversee, and mentor on a wide breadth of research approaches (concept tests, tracking studies, focus groups, ethnography, attitude and usage studies, voice of the customer, segmentation, MaxDiff, conjoint (CBC and ACBC)).

• Independently develop moderately complex proposals (scoping, pricing, deliverables) and support business development; own accounts with growth targets (~$50-$200K for 2025).
