About the role

  • Part of a team of marketers and researchers to empower people to shape the future of brands
  • Perform marketing analyses and consulting projects based on quantitative and qualitative market research data
  • Focus on data analysis and full reporting, co-design insightful reports with actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with Senior Research Managers and Project Managers and liaise with national and international clients
  • Gradually become responsible for research methodologies (sampling, survey design) and project management
  • Gain experience across marketing domains (product innovation, branding, communication testing) through on-the-job and academy training
  • Develop commercial client contacts, maintain client portfolio, and assume account management responsibilities over time

Requirements

  • First experience in online market research and a solid marketing interest
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written); knowledge of any other language is an asset
  • Critical Thinking: Analyze information and make reasoned judgement
  • Research Design: Develop effective research methodologies
  • Data Analysis: Interpret complex data to provide insights
  • Project Management: Organize and execute research projects
  • Writing: Communicate findings clearly in reports and presentations
  • Presentation: Convey information concisely to clients
  • Facilitation: Guide collaborative research efforts
  • Interviewing: Conduct effective interviews for data collection
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain client relationships
  • Business Acumen: Understand organizational context and goals
  • Consulting: Provide expert advice based on research findings
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, or natural sciences)
  • At least 3 years of experience as researcher, working other research or consulting companies
