General

• Provide administrative day-to-day classification services including research, investigation, and analysis.
• Advises managers on position classification processes and tools.
• Determines the proper crediting of factor levels and grade allocations.
• Prepares necessary evaluation statements and communicates findings.

Senior Classification Specialist – Federal

• Responsible for coordinating and facilitating in-person or virtual meetings or special events
• Participate in the planning and implementation of forums, workshops, seminars, roundtables, data exchanges, symposiums, and/or conferences
• Coordinate all aspects of events in accordance with customer specifications including assisting with selecting and negotiating event locations/sites
• Coordinate with and schedule event participants
• Develop event information papers, handouts, materials, advertisements, and after-event summaries for each event
• Identify, in conjunction with DoD oversight and input, key speakers/panelists for events
• Draft, coordinate, and send invitations
• Track RSVPs and advocates for alternate invitees if alternate choices are required/desired
• Write after-event reports to summarize proceedings, assess outcomes, and share knowledge
• Manage logistical arrangements for conferences including reimbursement forms, invoices, and reports after event has ended

Senior Staff Officer, Planner

• Implement and facilitate training programs for assigned areas of the company.
• Collaborate with the Instructional Designers and test the development of learning activities, training materials, facilitator guides, lesson plans, and class schedules.
• Conduct training sessions, monitor effectiveness and recommend program modifications.
• Investigate operational processes and procedures to determine feasible and effective training solutions.
• Identify and assess organizational issues and training/development needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.
• Facilitate Soft Skills Training offered.
