About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative day-to-day classification services including research, investigation, and analysis.
- Advises managers on position classification processes and tools.
- Determines the proper crediting of factor levels and grade allocations.
- Prepares necessary evaluation statements and communicates findings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Federal HR Specialist.
- Extensive background in staffing and placement on the Federal Government level.
- Knowledge of the full range of position classification principles and HR concepts.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Must have demonstrated ability to perform job analyses.
- Must have demonstrated experience in USA Staffing.
- Must be able to successfully pass a Public Trust security clearance process.
