What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Federal HR Specialist.
Extensive background in staffing and placement on the Federal Government level.
Knowledge of the full range of position classification principles and HR concepts.
Must demonstrate excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
Must have demonstrated ability to perform job analyses.
Must have demonstrated experience in USA Staffing.
Must be able to successfully pass a Public Trust security clearance process.
