About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Offer clients coaching, organizational development, and strategy support for company transformation initiatives
- Review, analyze, and interpret complex documents
- Assess the effectiveness of organizational structures, initiatives, programs, and processes
- Document processes using process improvement methodologies
- Design and facilitate workshops, focus groups, workgroups, and strategic planning sessions
- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, summaries, and After-Action Reports
- Develop change management and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Interview stakeholders to elicit requirements
- Develop narratives and visualizations using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other graphic formats
- Develop communication plans and internal/external communication products
- Perform 360 assessments
- Provide executive coaching and team coaching
- Deliver concrete feedback to coaches about behaviors, decisions, and team dynamics
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree required
- MA/MS degree in a related field preferred
- Coaching certification is required (ICF MCC)
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a coach and facilitator
- Experience in working on government contracts in a consultative role
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint required
- Executive-level coaching, consulting, or related experience
- Experience with 360 and other psychometric assessments
