About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide coaching, organizational development, and strategy support for company transformation initiatives
Examine the situation and suggest improvements for organizational structures, projects, programs, and workflows
Review, analyze, and interpret complex documents
Assess the effectiveness of organizational structures, initiatives, programs, and processes
Document the existing capability for an organization and its programs
Document processes using process improvement methodologies
Design and facilitate workshops, focus groups, workgroups, and meetings
Develop change management and stakeholder engagement strategies
Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, summaries, and After-Action Reports
Develop communication plans and internal and external communication products

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree required
MA/MS degree in a related field preferred
Coaching certification is required (ICF PCC)
Minimum 10 years of experience as a coach and facilitator
Experience in working on government contracts in a consultative role
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint required
Executive-level coaching, consulting, or related experience
Experience with 360 and other psychometric assessments
Strong understanding of adult learning as well as behavioral, cognitive and social psychology
