Administrative Assistant

• Own the day-to-day running of the Hometrack office, ensuring it is safe, clean, and fully operational at all times.
• Act as the primary point of contact for building management, security, cleaning services, and facilities suppliers.
• Manage mail, deliveries, inventory, and ordering of kitchen and office supplies.
• Be the first point of contact for all clients, candidates, partners, and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
• Manage the front desk, answer and direct incoming calls, and oversee visitor sign-in processes.

Executive Assistant

• Own and manage the end-to-end coordination of Hometrack’s leadership meeting cadence, including All Hands, Operational Leadership Meetings, and New Joiner Inductions.
• Coordinate logistics, technology setup, and calendar management for all key leadership meetings.
• Ensure smooth execution and provide real-time support during meetings.
• Manage complex calendars for the CEO and COO, and wider SLT as required.
• Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
• Ensure the CEO and COO are fully prepared and briefed for meetings.
• Manage meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
• Work closely with the Hometrack SLT to coordinate business activities and ensure timelines are met.
• Implement systems to track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure actions are completed.
• Compile regular status updates and reports for the SLT.
• Coordinate and attend SLT meetings.

Backend Engineer

• Recruiting, guiding, and nurturing diverse and seasoned engineering teams. We consistently enhance and review our recruitment efforts to achieve progress in this area.
• Collaborating with your peers and the director of engineering to develop and expand our product and engineering organisation through efficient interviewing, recruitment, and orientation processes.
• Guiding, advising and coaching engineers through regular one-on-one meetings, objective setting, and continuous feedback cycles.
• Develop and maintain critical regulatory and security features using PHP/Laravel.
• Take ownership of your work from design to deployment, either independently or as part of a collaborative team.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex business problems into elegant, customer-focused solutions.

• Build, maintain, and operate data pipelines that power Hometrack’s core products.
• Contribute to the ingestion, transformation, and validation of large, complex datasets.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance in production environments, meeting defined SLAs.
• Work closely with senior Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Product partners to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team ceremonies, learning best practices in modern data engineering.
• Communicate clearly and effectively within a cross-functional engineering environment.
