Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Someone deeply customer-focused and outcome-driven
  • A customer facing individual able to attend customer calls and troubleshoot issues “live” with customer tech teams, knowing when to escalate or bring in other skills on the Hometrack side
  • Own the Release and Hotfix process including final approver on deployments linked to CET delivery.
  • Question and challenge the CET team when it comes to reviewing work and keeping quality standards high.
  • Act as the technical spokesperson for the CET team, attending cross functional meetings and part of the Engineering Management group.
  • A rapid learner, able to quickly build up an encyclopaedic knowledge of all major customer solutions
  • Take responsibility for CAB, eCAB and feature toggle prep and presentation
  • Drive a culture of performance and delivery via team goals and rapid feedback
  • Contractor admin and management
  • Maintain accurate timesheet reporting across client deliveries, internal support, live service support & operations and tech-driven projects
  • Energy and enthusiasm to bolster team morale
  • Work closely with project managers across different programmes of work, managing competing priorities
  • Own and drive a technical & productivity improvement backlog. Monitor progress and efficiencies of improvements
