  • Act as the bridge between engineering and other teams, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for business stakeholders and leadership
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative solutions that enhance product development and business growth
  • Advocate for new tools and strategies that drive efficiency, scalability, and long-term technical success

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering
  • At least 2 years in a management role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a focus on driving performance and results
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical foundation with expertise in at least one of TypeScript/Node.js, Java/Kotlin, or Ruby on Rails
  • Experience working with AWS and Datadog
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
